The topics covered include: Management, leadership and decision making, Decision making to improve financial performance, Decision making to improve marketing performance, analysing the strategic position of a business and managing strategic change. Three x 2 hour written exams – including multiple choice questions, short answer questions, essay questions, data response questions and case studies.
