Year 12 The course will cover: 1. Aspects of French speaking society 2. Artistic culture in the French speaking world 3. Grammar 4. A literary text or a film Year 13 The course will cover: 1. Social issues and trends 2. Political and artistic culture 3. Grammar 4. Literary texts and films We want students who: Have a genuine interest in developing their comprehension and communication skills in a Foreign Language beyond GCSE; students who will be proactive in using media and internet resources to develop their language abilities and who are interested in gaining an understanding of the culture of countries and communities where French is spoken.
