Assessment

For students who have not studied dance at GCSE you will be required to submit video footage of your dance ability. This should be a solo dance of between 1.30 – 2 minutes in length. The style of dance should be contemporary, however other styles are accepted, and you are encouraged to attach a brief outline (100-200 words) detailing the choreographic intention of your solo. This is to allow the teachers to assess your suitability for the course. Please send your footage to the subject leader for dance: mbrittle@townleygrammar.org.uk
