Assessment

Assessment for this course is 50% exam and 50% coursework. 1) Coursework: Practical Scientific Procedures and Techniques (50%). This involves completing a series of assignments and practical reports including independent research. 2) Exam: Principles and Applications of Science (50%, 2 hours). Questions require students to evaluate scientific information and make connections between different scientific concepts, procedures and processes.
