Course summary

Fine Art and Textiles at A-level builds on the foundations laid in GCSE. Those who enjoy working in a practical and creative way will revel in the opportunity to express their ideas. Using a variety of methods and materials they will experiment visually and extend their skills, developing personal projects that respond to a range of themes. The course encourages students to recognise the need to communicate and express ideas visually and to be able to project plan and problem solve - skills that are desired in all professions.
