Assessment

The Pearson Level 3 Alternative Academic Qualification BTEC National in Applied Science (Extended Certificate) consists of FOUR mandatory units plus one optional unit completed over 2 years. Three of the units are externally assessed and Two of the units are assessed through coursework which is internally assessed and externally moderated. This course takes place in one option block and is broadly equivalent to one (1) A level.
