Assessment

• Unit Y105 (British History): 1-hour 30-minute written exam (essay and source analysis) on the Wars of the Roses and the early Tudor period. • Unit Y212 (Non-British History): 1-hour written exam (two essays) on the Russian Revolution. • Unit Y315 (Thematic Study): 2-hour 30-minute written exam, including an analysis of historians’ interpretations of warfare and two essay questions. • Unit Y100 (Dissertation): A 3,000-4,000 word independently researched essay.
