This two year course will hopefully help you answer these questions and more… Why study Criminology? Criminology is a wide ranging study of crime as both an individual and social phenomenon. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the complexities of criminal, delinquent and deviant behaviour, as well as society’s reaction to crime. This gives you the option to pursue a wide variety of careers within the criminal justice system. The course allows you to develop key transferable skills such as time management, report writing and analytical and critical thinking which will be beneficial in further study or in employment.
