Course summary

This course offers an insight into the construction industry ranging from the initial planning stage through the design and building process of housing, industrial and commercial buildings. This course offers two days a week on placement, and you will have the chance to build new working contacts, relevant knowledge and life-long skills. Why study Construction According to a report from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), the North West’s construction sector growth over the next five years could deliver almost 5,000 new jobs a year. This creates a real demand for skilled construction workers across all trades.
