Assessment

• Paper 1: Reading, writing and listening. This paper focuses on the Spanish language and is assessed through a variety of questions (e.g. multiple choice, summaries, translations) which are centred around the different cultural topics studied. • Paper 2: Writing. This paper involves writing essays on the texts studied. • Paper 3: Speaking. One part of this is a card on one of the cultural topics studied. The other part is a presentation and conversation about a research project that you will carry out, on a topic that is of interest to you and that you have chosen to study.
