Assessment

Unit 1 and 3 are externally assessed units where you are given information to research in preparation for a scenario and questions under supervised conditions. Unit 2 and 7 are externally assessed units that are based on assignment briefs where you advise clients and write about areas of law in a variety of formats such as case file notes, client letters and legal briefings. Unit 1 and 2 are studied in the first academic year and 3 and 7 in the second academic year.
