Course summary

On this work-related course, you will build a strong understanding of accountancy principles and practice. This Technical Qualification aligns to the Payroll Administrator and Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeships and, therefore, supports progression to entry-level job opportunities in accountancy and payroll. You will study topics such as the business environment, regulation, security and risk, fundamentals of financial accounting plus professionalism and ethics/equality, diversity and inclusion. This two-year course is equivalent to three A Levels and will equip you with the necessary skills to progress to employment and higher education.
