Course summary

The course is centred around three key skills: • Performance - Being the best dancer you can be. Building your technique and artistic style. • Choreography - Developing your creativity and understanding of how to make dances to engage audiences and the examiner. • Critical Engagement (appreciating dance) - Being able to talk and write about professional choreographers, their signature style, dance works and themes. You will be in the dance studio; dancing, learning, teaching and creating. Theory will be delivered through practical and in a more traditional classroom setting. All aspects of the course will be delivered by a team of passionate, expert and professional staff. You will be engaged, challenged and inspired.
