Component 1 (50%) – Practical Exam – Performance And Choreography - marked by an external assessor from AQA comprised of: * Choreography and performance of a solo linked to a specified practitioner within an area of study (20 marks) * Performance in a quartet (20 marks) * Group choreography (40 marks) Component 2 (50%) – Written Exam – Knowledge, understanding and critical appreciation of two set works and two areas of study comprised of: • Rooster by Christopher Bruce (25 marks) • Rambert Dance Company from 1966-2002 (25 marks) • Sutra by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui (25 marks) • Independent Contemporary Scene in Britain 2000-Current (25 marks)
