Course summary

Psychology is ‘the scientific study of behaviour and mind in humans and animals’. This course is designed to introduce students to various branches of psychology including: • Child Psychology • Criminal Psychology • Environmental Psychology • Sport Psychology Course Content A Level This course consists of the following: Three two-hour examinations at the end of the two years, each paper has an equal weighting • Paper 1: Research methods • Paper 2: Psychological core themes through studies • Paper 3: Applied psychology
