A2 Assessment: Three written papers Paper 1 – 2 hours, 85 marks, 34% of the A level. On the year 12 units plus part of further mechanics. Paper 2 – 2 hours, 85 marks, 34% of the A level. On the year 13 content not covered in paper 1. Paper 3 – 2 hours, 80 marks, 32% of the A level. Practical skills, data analysis and the optional unit your teachers have chosen in year 13.
