By Easter of Year 11 Controlled Assessment Performance: minimum of two pieces internally assessed and externally moderated (30%) Two compositions - Internally assessed and externally moderated (15% each) (30%) Summer of Year 11 Exam (40%) 1 hour 15 minutes, consisting of eight questions, two on each area of study. Two of the eight questions will be based on the two set works. For example, one on each set work. The other six questions will be on unprepared musical extracts taken from the areas of study
