Welcome to Maria Fidelis Sixth Form
Maria Fidelis Sixth Form is a small and friendly sixth form, located in the heart of London. Easily accessible by rail, underground and bus, it is the perfect location for many of our students.
We are a very academic Sixth Form with a focus on traditional subjects. Our highly experienced and qualified A-level teachers provide our students with invaluable learning experiences. All Sixth Formers are expected to commit to 15–20 hours per week of additional study outside their lessons, with a dedicated library and study centre to help make this possible.
A-level results: our students achieved a 100% pass rate; 44% of grades were A*-B and 74% A*-C, with students gaining places at Oxford, Central St Martins, Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham, York, Warwick and many others.
We encourage our Sixth Form students, whether joining us from our own year 11 cohort or external schools, to become a part of the wider community. This is done by our Sixth Formers undertaking two hours of community service per week. With help from the Sixth Form team to organise this activity, community service can take the form of mentoring or tutoring younger students to organising charity events and co-ordinating interhouse competitions.
We also offer a range of enrichment activities, both in-house and through our partnerships with external providers, which include Deloitte, Urban Partners and Eurostar.
Our Sixth Form team is extensive and dedicated to helping you get the best out of your studies. Academic and pastoral support mentors allow students to be supported in every facet of their study with us. There is also a bursary scheme to help students suffering from financial hardship to access school life as fully as possible.
Please do not hesitate to approach a member of the Sixth Form team should you have any further questions, or contact us.
