There is dedicated time to focus on enrichment opportunities. This gives students the chance to gain an understanding of the local labour market, enhance their CV and develop employability and enterprise skills. It also helps develop character and gives students a chance to take time away from their everyday studies as well as promoting students understanding of modern day issues through exploring British values, citizenship and political behaviours. The Enrichment Programme focuses on keeping safe and how to lead a healthy lifestyle - this includes the importance of exercise, diet, healthy relationships, sexual consent, dealing with the pressures of social media and diversity in society.
