Welcome to Stocklake Park Community School

Stocklake Park is a secondary special school and together with the primary special school, Booker Park, are the Vale Federation of Special Schools.Stocklake Park School is part of The Vale Federation. Stocklake Park is a secondary special school of over 100 pupils with a broad diversity of complex needs, including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and Severe and Complex learning difficulties. Almost half of the pupils have an additional diagnosis of an autistic spectrum condition and all student have communication difficulties. Our core values are to Inspire, Enable, and Achieve. We look to inspire our pupils to engage in learning, enable them to realise their greatest level of independence and emotional resilience, and to recognise and celebrate their achievements, both now and in the future. We are honoured to have a dedicated and reliable team who fulfil their roles to a standard of excellence. Working together is at the heart of what we do, and our relationship with parents, carers, and professionals to help our young people succeed enables that.We have good facilities, including two large halls with an interconnected door, the Rebound Centre, a sensory theatre and a fully equipped food tech room where we work on cooking and safety skills. Our outdoor spaces, include a MUGA (multi use games area), horticulture area, playground and outdoor learning spaces. The school has several minibuses including those with a tail lift to enable our students to access the wider community as part of their learning. We are all proud to be a part of the Stocklake Park School community and welcome you to have a look through our website and see what we are all about.Rhonda GosneyHead of School
