Please download the latest edition of the prospectus below.Our sixth form was rated as ‘Good’ in the Ofsted report of February 2018 and we believe that this is an exciting time to join our sixth form as we aim to further excel in providing a first class education for all.Netherhall School Sixth Form prides itself on providing a learning environment in which each student is well-known and supported. We believe it is essential that both students and parents have all the information needed to plan for the post-16 phase of their education.The prospectus will answer many of your questions, while teachers, careers advisers, mentors, family and friends will also be important in helping you to make the choices that are right for you.​We are here to make sure that you get all the help you need as you move forward to the next exciting stage in your life.The aim of Netherhall School Sixth Form is to support all students so they are fully prepared to play their part in the modern world. We will drive our students to be the very best they can be, both academically and on a wider basis, as we seek to develop well rounded individuals who will go on to exciting future careers and play a full and active role in society.We expect our students to be flexible, learning from new ideas and adapting to new technologies as we support them to realise their diverse ambitions. Personal skills such as initiative, teamwork and citizenship will be developed alongside academic skills in an environment where students will support and encourage their peers in a welcoming and friendly environment; while sixth form students will also provide a great example by acting as role models and mentors to younger students in the school.The prospectus provides the full details of our sixth form provision, detailing the broad range of academic and extra-curricular activities that will make study in our sixth form a fantastic experience for all.
