Welcome to Swalcliffe Park School CIO

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit our website, where we hope you find all the information you need. We are very aware that those of you who are looking for a placement with us need information on all aspects of school life, as well as family support. So, if there is anything that you are looking for but cannot find, please do not hesitate to contact us. At Swalcliffe Park, we believe that Different Thinking is needed to improve the lives of our students and families. So, we take a ‘Quality of Life’ (QoL) approach to our work and this drives everything we do. We want all our students to be happy, healthy and empowered young people. So we think it is essential to ask them about what matters to them, what makes them happy and what they would like to do with their lives. We listen to what they tell us, and we support them to work towards their personal goals. We also believe it is important to work closely with families. So, we ask them about the impact of autism on family life, about what is important to them and what they would like to do but currently can’t. We listen to what they say and try and find ways to help. We know that working together in this way leads to Brighter Futures and a better QoL for students and their families. This is why we do what we do. We hope you enjoy browsing our website and prospectus, which you can flick through and download to print. If you would like to join one of our online open afternoons, please let us know by contacting the school either by email or telephone. With best wishes, Kiran Hingorani & Rob Piner Chief Executive Officer and Principal
