West Gate School

We encourage the students
on work experience to participate fully in all areas of the school curriculum
and to take part in activities involving the pupils both in and out of school.

We offer a range of out of school visits and
will request a voluntary contribution when
necessary.

Pupils also take part in Travel Training, enabling them to access public
transport independently. We have highly trained staff who have completed
a recognised training course in supporting pupils to be as independent as
they can be on public transport.
