Welcome to Kingsley High School

At Kingsley High School, everything we do is focused on ensuring our pupils "Enjoy and Achieve." We understand that every student is unique and has their own set of needs, and we strive to provide the very best personal care to support them. Our focus is on Teaching and Learning, with high expectations for all students to reach their full potential.

The work we do is centered on the following values:

  • Respect
  • Integrity
  • Teamwork
  • Diversity
  • Effective Communication

Our school community is one of diversity and inclusivity, where we celebrate the unique strengths and talents of each individual. Our dedicated staff team embodies these values in all their work, and are committed to ensuring that our pupils are consistently achieving positive outcomes. We are always happy to welcome enquiries about the work we do, and are passionate about spreading awareness about SEND throughout the community. Join us in our mission to empower our pupils to Enjoy and Achieve in all aspects of their lives.

Our dedicated team of teachers and support staff have extensive experience and training in working with pupils who have a wide range of disabilities and learning difficulties. We believe that every child has the right to an education that meets their needs and enables them to reach their full potential.

Our curriculum is specifically designed to meet the needs of our pupils, and is flexible and adaptable to accommodate the diverse abilities of our students. We ensure we support core learning such as reading, writing, and maths, and our teachers use a variety of strategies and techniques to support the unique needs of each pupil.

In addition to our core curriculum, we also offer a range of specialised programs and activities to support the emotional, social, and physical well-being of our pupils. We work with health, social care, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other specialists who work closely with pupils to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

At Kingsley High School, we believe that every pupil with special educational needs has the right to an education that is tailored to their individual needs and abilities It is truly inspiring to see the progress and achievements our pupils make, and the positive impact that our school community has on their lives. We are proud of the work we do and the difference we make in the lives of our pupils. Please explore our website to see more of the work we do and thank you for visiting.
