We know that if a student is goal orientated, this acts as a powerful motivator. We are always so proud and excited to see the variety of pathways students take when they leave us. Over 90% of our cohort from 2025 secured a university place, with 22% of these students being placed in the 25 most competitive universities in the country. 6 students secured places at medical or veterinary schools. We also encourage students to consider apprenticeships and degree apprenticeships as excellent alternative pathways. A number of our students last year were offered placements at highly competitive employers such as PwC, KPMG and JacobsWe like to think of Swakeleys Sixth Form not just as a place of study but as a community. We therefore encourage our students to get involved in a wide variety of extracurricular activities and clubs. We believe it is very important for students to develop not just academic skills but also wider social skills to help them be successful and positive citizens. Finally I would like to reassure you that Swakeleys Sixth Form takes student wellbeing very seriously. We want all of our students to feel safe, valued and happy here. We therefore have put in place a range of support for student’s wellbeing, including an experienced tutor team, Pastoral lead and support staff who are able to help students deal with challenges they may face.
