Extra-curricular
Bohunt has a reputation for providing an unrivalled range of
opportunities for our students and life in the Sixth Form continues
to offer young people the chance to flourish and develop outside
the classroom.
The Sixth Form programme of study includes enrichment for all students and there
are enrichment opportunities in both Year 12 and Year 13. We encourage our
students to challenge and expand their horizons by participating in activities such
as Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, sports leadership, model united nations
(MUN), cookery school, scuba, climbing, trips and excursions, team building exercises,
and a guest speaker programme. We are currently developing our offer for overseas
activities with our student body. All students are required to participate in a sport or
physical activity at least once each week and they can choose from a wide and varied
physical wellbeing programme.
There is an active social life with events organised throughout the year by our
students. Our sixth form is open to both internal and external Year 11 students and
there are always opportunities to make new friends.
