To apply for our Sixth Form, please visit our school website and follow the links to our Sixth Form area. Here you can click "Apply Now" to complete an application for Sixth Form. If you have any queries regarding applying for Sixth Form, please email 6thformoffice@uah.org.uk
Once you have submitted your application, we will process this and contact you with information regarding your interview details. All information regarding interviews will be emailled to you using the email you set up your Applicaa account with. If we need to contact you regarding your application, we will contact you for any information we need, or you need to know about your application with us.
Once you've had an interview with us, we will email you to confirm if we are able to make an offer of study and any information regarding the conditions of your offer with us. If we make an offer, please ensure that you respond to your offer as soon as possible.
We hold our Sixth Form enrolment day in August and will contact applicants with information about when they can complete their enrolment with us. All enrolments will be completed using Applicaa and applicants can enroll for Sixth Form using the "Enrolment Form" on their Applicaa account. Please note that all accounts will be deactivated the day before Enrolment Day and applicants will be able to log in from 8am the following day to complete their enrolment form.
Once you accept your offer with us, we will be in contact with applicants during the summer term to invite them to our Sixth Form Preparation Evening. This event event will enable applicants to meet their subject teachers, obtain information on their chosen course(s) and other important information you need to know before enrolling and starting your course with us.
For our Level 1 courses, applicants are required to achieve a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 2-9 (including English and Maths).
For Level 2 courses, applicants will need to achieve a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 3-9 (including English Language, and or, Maths).
For Level 3 and T-Level courses, applicants should achieve a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 4-9 (Including English Language, and or, Maths).
For A-Level courses, applicants should achieve a minimum of grade 5 at GCSE in the subject or relevant subject or similar subject, and an additional 5 GCSE's grades 4-9 (including English Language, and or Maths, unless these are being studied at A-Level). If applicants wish to study A-Level Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Maths, a GCSE grade 6 or above will need to be achieved in GCSE subject or similar.
