We feel that our extra-curricular provision is a vital aspect of what we do at Willenhall E-Act Academy. It is the opportunity for pupils to enhance and develop their skills; further develop their social interaction and ability to work individually or as part of a team both of which are vital life skills.

Offer all day instrument lessons in violin, voice, clarinet, saxophone, guitar, keyboard and drums pupils to speak to Miss Briggs if they are interested in learning an instrument. Lessons are 20 minutes per week and provides the opportunities to work through the rock school grades and be entered for exams.

Currently the school has community ambassadors which are the academy’s Student Leadership pathway. All Community Ambassadors have filled in an application form and had an interview to become part of the team. Students are the link between the academy and the community and are continually striking to develop relationships and create a better reputation of our academy. The ambassadors have led on litter picks, food donations for the local food bank, supporting local residences and many more. They will plan and lead many more exciting opportunities in the coming year.
