As the Principal, I am proud to lead a school dedicated to nurturing the unique strengths and abilities of each child. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and enriching environment where children with diverse learning needs can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Everything we do at Nethergate is underpinned by our four curriculum drivers: communication, independence, safety and well-being. Our curriculum fosters a love of learning, whilst allowing pupils to practise and develop skills in self-management, personal safety and emotional resilience. At Nethergate, we believe that strong partnerships between staff, families, and the wider community are key to our children’s success. Our team of teachers, therapists and support staff work in close partnership with families and other professionals to ensure that every child receives the care and opportunities they need to grow and succeed.
