Duke of Edinburgh

Taking part in Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is a real adventure from start to finish. There are no entry requirements other than you must be aged between 14 and 24 and have a real passion for getting out there and making things happen. The award programme is run at three levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each award level is achieved by completing four different activity sections (five for Gold). People who take part in the award find themselves developing a lot of new skills, getting fitter, making new friends, going on expeditions and making decisions for themselves.
