St Mary's Catholic School

Sixth Form students enjoy taking part in drama and music
productions including the yearly whole school production. We
have many talented musicians in our student body and there
are also various opportunities to take part in the orchestra
and the school choir, whilst also participating in whole school
concerts.

All Sixth Form students participate in the Student Leadership
Scheme completing weekly activities. As the most senior
students in the school, Sixth Form students are expected
to act as positive role models for all other students in the
school community guiding them both academically and
pastorally.

There are many opportunities to develop sporting interests at St Mary’s. We currently have a very successful basketball team,
as well as netball and football teams. Sixth Form students have been very keen, in the past couple of years, to also train and
mentor teams in the younger year groups of the school. Not only do we offer a range of team sports, but students also have
access to a modern, state-of-the-art gym.
