Welcome to Beal High School
Thank you for expressing an interest in joining Beal Sixth Form, an outstanding sixth form provision which aims to provide a world class quality of education to all of the students in our school community post-16.BSF is the largest school-based sixth form in the UK, based across two campuses in the London Borough of Redbridge – Beal High School in Ilford and The Forest Academy in Hainault.BSF offers a wide range of academic and vocational courses, designed to ensure 100% progression to the best possible destination for every student.Alongside our well-established A-Level and vocational pathways, the new Beal Maths School Pathway provides a curriculum route for students interested in studying mathematics-related disciplines at university and pursuing mathematics-intensive careers. In addition, as part of our high expectations inclusion model, BSF also offers a three-year foundation pathway for students needing to resit GCSE English or Maths qualifications as a pre-requisite for embarking on Level 3 study. In addition to the taught curriculum, students at BSF benefit from a rich diet of enrichment and super-curricular opportunities designed to cultivate each student’s unique interests and talents, and to develop them as independent, well-rounded, self-regulating young people, able to make a positive contribution to both the school and wider community.Full details of how to apply to BSF for September 2026 entry, including the application process and entry criteria, can be found in the BSF Prospectus.
