Lancaster School

Lancaster is a special school for students aged 14 – 19 who have severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), physical disabilities, medical conditions and associated learning difficulties. The majority of pupils have communication difficulties.In addition, in the post 16 provision there are students with moderate learning difficulties who need additional social and emotional support, and to further develop their independence, before transferring to local colleges at post 19.
