The academy offers a variety of ways to get involved in sport either competitively, for pleasure or to keep fit.

Are you someone who gains satisfaction from helping others? If so there are lots of ways you can engage with the community and involve yourself in charitable activities. Our students are encouraged to raise awareness of causes and organise ways to raise funds for our agreed charities. It's an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the community, whilst gaining vital experience and increasing employability skills for the future.

In year 12 students will have the opportunity to enrol for the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. This is available to all students in our sixth form. Whilst it is preferable for students to have completed the Bronze and Silver award previously, it is not absolutely essential for them to have done so.
