These tours are only for students applying for September 2025 entry, if you aren't applying for this year, please keep an eye our for further open events in the next academic year. Tours will be with a member of the admissions team and last 30-45 minutes. Tours are in small groups so you may be touring with others. The purpose of tours are to see the facilities and ask any questions you may have - unfortunately there will not be an opportunity to speak with teachers or sit in a lesson. There are multiple days and time slots to choose from - we will release new slots monthly. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any tours outside of these set times, and registration is essential. 22 March 25 | 12:00PM - 13:30PM
This open event will be on Saturday 22nd March from 12pm - 1.30pm. Please arrive at 11.45am for registration. We know that for some people, the screen industries can feel like unknown territory, and so we are holding a small Open Event for prospective students, parents/carers from underrepresented ethnic groups, those eligible or on Free School Meals and those who have special educational needs. The aim of this event is to give more information, not only about the film and TV industries, but how LSA supports young people by teaching them all they need to know for entering the industry and how we set them up for a successful future, regardless of their next step choices. If you are interested in attending an Open Event, but do not fall under these demographics, please contact us for details on how to sign up for a school tour, as all our Open Events have taken place for the year. Please complete the registration form details for the student who wishes to attend LSA from September 2025.

Students will receive a UAL Level 3 Diploma/Extended Diploma in Creative Practice. The qualification will also specify the pathway, for example, 'UAL Level 3 Diploma/Extended Diploma in Creative Practice (Craft)'
Our applications open on 21st October 2024 and close on the 2nd July 2025. We do not offer places on a first come first serve basis, however, we highly recommend applications are completed as soon as possible. The sooner an application is completed, the more opportunities to engage and learn about LSA there are!
London Screen Academy was set up with the mission to diversify the screen industries. As such, we are looking for interested young people who understand the value of this mission and want to uphold it in the work they do during their time at the college and beyond. The vision of LSA is to create stories that change the world and the students who show passion and excitement for storytelling will thrive at the school.
We are looking for passion and love of stories, filmmaking and creativity! We don't expect you to have previous experience in any form of filmmaking, editing, VFX, costume design/making, hair/makeup... we just want to know that if you are offered a place at LSA, you will soak up every opportunity that comes your way. Show us that passion and we will be sure to offer you an interview!
Students need a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 4-9, or other Level 2 equivalents. LSA expects applicants to have achieved grades 4-9 in English, Maths or both. If you do not achieve a Grade 4 pass at GCSE in either English or Maths, we offer intensive support in preparation for retakes. You will not be able to enrol if you do not pass both English or Maths at GCSE.
Email us! You can always send an email with any questions you might have, just get in touch with admissions@lsa.ac.uk. If you create an account on Applicaa to start your application, you will be invited to events and online sessions that will give you lots of opportunities to ask questions and find out more.
