Welcome to Penn Hall School

Welcome to Penn Hall School

Penn Hall is a very special school where a happy and caring ethos mixes with aspiration and ambition to promote the  best outcomes for our pupils.

Penn Hall is proud to be part of the Amethyst Academies Trust providing high quality education for children and young people aged 3 to 19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Our specialist facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, sensory room, rebound therapy pod and soft play area. We have an outstanding outdoor area which includes accessible swings and roundabout and an adventure trail and woodland walk. Our most valuable resource however is our committed and skilled staff team who know our pupils and how to develop their strengths and needs so well.

Our curriculum is personalised and vibrant with the development of effective communication, self confidence and independence at the heart of our aims for every learner. Close working with families and our multi disciplinary team (including health, care and therapy professionals) ensures that a holistic approach is taken to enable each and every child to reach their personal best.

It is with great excitement and pride that I introduce myself as the new Head Teacher of Penn Hall School. I feel honoured to be joining such a vibrant and nurturing school community, where a strong commitment to learning and personal development is at the heart of everything we do.

At Penn Hall, we believe that every child has the potential to achieve greatness. Together with our talented staff team, I am dedicated to providing a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment where all our pupils can thrive — academically, socially, and emotionally. My vision is to build on the school’s many strengths, encourage a love of learning, and prepare our young people to confidently embrace the future.

Partnership with parents and the wider community is incredibly important to me. I look forward to working closely with you all to ensure the very best outcomes for our children. Whether you are a current parent, a prospective family, or a visitor, I warmly invite you to explore our website and discover the wonderful opportunities that Penn Hall School has to offer.

Thank you for your continued support as we embark on this exciting new chapter together.
