Assessment

The A-Level course is for students who wish to study physics to greater depth. At the end of the course, students take 3 examinations. Paper 1 – Advanced Physics 1 – Topic 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8. Paper 2 – Advanced Physics 2 – Topic 1, 4, 5, 9. 10, 11, 12, 13. Paper 3 – General and Practical Principles in Physics assesses all topics and will focus on conceptual and theoretical understanding of experimental methods.
