Minimum of 5 GCSE grades at 9-4 or BTEC Distinction* - Pass. Grade 5 in GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition or Level 2 Merit in Hospitality and Catering. If a real passion for the subject can be demonstrated, students will be accepted without a Key Stage 4 qualification in food
