Course summary

A level of Physics is divided into six teaching modules which are context-led. • Module 1: Development of practical skills in Physics. • Module 2: Foundations in Physics. • Module 3: Forces and motion. • Module 4: Electrons, waves, and photons. • Module 5: Newtonian world and astrophysics. • Module 6: Particles and medical physics. Physics is a facilitating subject for entry into the Russell Group of universities. By choosing a facilitating subject you will have the largest choice of degree courses further down the line.
