Paper 1: Listening, Reading and Writing • Aspects of society; artistic culture; multiculturalism; aspects of political life; grammar and translation. • Written exam: 2 hours 30 minutes worth 100 marks in total and 50% of A Level Paper 2: Writing • One text and one film or two texts from the list set in the specification. Grammar. • MFL Sixth Form Course Outlines Oct 20/Sixth Form/Course Outlines 2020 • Written exam (two essays): 2 hours worth 80 marks in total and 20% of A Level Paper 3: Speaking • Individual research project on one of four sub-themes i.e. aspects of society or artistic culture or multiculturalism in society or aspects of political life in society. • Oral exam: presentation plus discussion: 21–23 minutes (including 5 minutes preparation time), worth 60 marks in total and 30% of A Level.
