Government and Politics

Course summary

Students of our Edexcel A Level in Government and Politics will develop a critical awareness of the nature of politics and the relationship between political ideas, institutions and processes in both the UK and USA. They will gain an understanding of the structures of authority and power within the UK and US political systems and compare and contrast these political systems.
