Assessment

Students will explore how contexts and identities affect language production and reception. They will also be asked to apply critical and creative skills in the production of texts. Students will also cover modules in Child Language and Language Variation, as well as an investigation from a choice of five topics: - Global English - Language and Gender Identity - Language and Journalism - Language and Power - Regional Language Variation
