AAQ National in Mental Health: Individuals and Society (Extended Certificate)

Assessment

Unit 1 is assessed by a 1 hour 45-minute exam worth 70 marks. Unit 2 is assessed through a 1 hour 15-minute exam worth 50 marks. Both exams include a series of multiple choice, short answer and extended writing questions. Exams are externally marked. Unit 3, 4 and the optional Unit 5 will be assessed by coursework assignment marked internally and sampled by the exam board. Coursework includes either two or three practical tasks.
