Assessment

The assessment for the A-level consists of three exams: Paper 1 – Topics 1-5 and 6.1, Paper 2 – Topics 6.2, 7, 8 and Paper 3 – Section A: Practical skills and data analysis and Section B :Optional topic. CPAC (Common Practical Assessment Criteria): During the course of the two years, you will participate in 12 required practical investigations. Each practical will focus on a different CPAC skill that you must master before the end of the course and achieve.
