Enrichment Activities
Show all activitiesAt Leicester College, we believe that your education should go beyond the classroom. That’s why we offer opportunities through the Turing Scheme, where you can take part in fully funded, two-week international work placements in Seville, Spain with plans to expand our offer to Thailand and Bali in the future. These trips are designed to help you develop global employability skills by working with real companies in your chosen field. You’ll also get to experience a new culture, meet new people, and return with greater independence, confidence, and a fresh perspective on your studies.
The Student Council is run and chaired by students. It holds the Student Union to account and can task it with pieces of work.
Our Sports Academies give you access to expert coaching, high-quality training, and hands-on experience that can open doors to careers in the sports industry and beyond. Whether you're passionate about football or basketball, you’ll be part of a growing and supportive sporting community. You’ll train with others from different courses and backgrounds, helping you build new friendships and transferable skills that will benefit you no matter where your future takes you.
