Assessment

Lessons will consist of theory and practical-based sessions generally within a science laboratory and you will be taught by experienced teachers. In support of the teaching and learning in class you will be expected to complete study pack tasks which includes exam style questions. Each topic will be assessed by learning checks during the course of the topic and an end of unit test. Feedback will be given for key pieces of work. The final examination consists of 3 separate papers assessing knowledge from the whole course and the 12 required practicals
