Any offers made by the College are conditional. Offers are made on the following conditions being met: 1. A satisfactory reference 2. Residency in the UK must be valid for the duration of your course at St Charles 3. Entry requirements for the courses are met. Should an applicant change their mind or fail to qualify for their desired courses, we will make every effort to allocate an alternative course at Enrolment.
Yes. Depending on the course level, every subject has individual entry criteria. The entry criteria for each course can be found on our website: www.stcharles.ac.uk
Unfortunately we do not accept transfer students. However, you can make an application and restart Year 12 with us at St Charles.
On receipt of your application we will check that all the necessary documents have been uploaded and that all the information you have provided is accurate and included. We will then send your referee a reference request. On receipt of their reference, we aim to respond with an offer or invitation for interview within 10 working days. Please contact us should you have any queries or if you have not heard back for any reason.
You can check the status of your application by logging in to the Application Portal. Your status will appear on your homepage.
Enrolment takes place after GCSE Results day. At the beginning of July you will receive your own designated Enrolment Appointment, which you must confirm you will attend. At this Enrolment Appointment you will bring your GCSE Exam Results and discuss with a member of our Enrolment Team what courses you wish to enrol onto.
We feature a number of Open Mornings throughout the year. Please visit our website to book your place and attend.
